- Navigate to the top of the website and click on the search button.
- You can search by type of product i.e. vibrator, brand name ie. Satisfyer, colour ie. purple or size i.e. large.
- Enter your search term, click the search icon and all matching products will be displayed.
Shipping is free for orders over $99. Shipping for all other orders is $10 for standard post and $13 for express post.
Orders are processed within 2 business days and sent by Australia Post. Please allow 2-5 business days standard post and 1-3 business days for express post.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that has a link to track your order with Australia Post. For all delivery enquiries, please contact Australia Post.
Vibes Online accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay. All payments are processed securely. Your bank statement will discreetly refer to V Online for your purchase.
If a product is faulty, the wrong size or not fit for purpose, under Australian Consumer Law Vibes Online will help resolve the problem. To organise a return of a product please contact us.
All products include a 1 year warranty against faults only and not for the misuse of a product.
